My stay at the hotel was delightful, with stunning views overlooking the lake from my Juliet balcony. The rooms, although relatively small, were incredibly comfortable with luxurious oversized bathrooms. The service was exceptional, with genuinely nice and helpful staff. The location was perfect, making my visit to Zurich most enjoyable. The dining experience was top-notch, offering delicious options, although a bit on the expensive side. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
